Abstract

Employee engagement reflects an employee's positive or negative view of their work. Understanding and improving employee performance can support the performance and success of a company/organization. Employee engagement and organizational culture play an important role in influencing employee performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement and organizational culture on employee performance at the Basuki Rahmat Palembang Community Health Center. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques use questionnaires. The population is 44 employees and the sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 44 employees. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that there is no significant employee engagement, and a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Basuki Rahmat Palembang Community Health Center.
