Abstract
Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Islamic Boarding School is an Islamic educational institution managed by the Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga Islamic Education Foundation. Amidst academic competition it is very important for Raudhatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School to increase customer loyalty and make customers trust the Raudhatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School. This study applies the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method as an effort to get new customers, increase relationships and maintain customer loyalty. The system development method used in this study is the CRM-IRIS Methodology method. The final results of this study is in the form of Raudhatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Service website with features that support CRM.
