Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja, Rata-rata Lama Sekolah dan Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja Laki-laki dan Perempuan dengan Kesenjangan Upah di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan berasal dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan Kementerian Tenaga Kerja (Kemnaker). Analisis dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi Data Panel terhadap variabel Sosial Demografi dan Ekonomi, yaitu Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja, Rata-rata Lama Sekolah dan Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja Laki-laki dan Perempuan dengan Kesenjangan Upah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Kesenjangan Upah antar Gender. Variabel Rata-rata Lama Sekolah, Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja Perempuan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kesenjangan Upah antar Gender di Indonesia. Dan variabel Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja Laki-laki berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Kesenjangan Upah antar Gender di Indonesia. Kata Kunci : Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja, Rata-rata Lama Sekolah, Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja, Kesenjangan Upah antar Gender.
