Abstract

This study aims to explore the extent to which work-life balance and self-efficacy can influence the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of employees in the facilities & general department of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires as the instrument to obtain primary data from respondents. The population in this study included all employees of the facilities & general department of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang, with a sample size of 32 people. The selection of respondents was carried out using the saturated sampling method, where all members of the population were used as samples. To analyze the data obtained, multiple linear regression analysis techniques were used to see the effect of two independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that work-life balance and self-efficacy have a positive and significant influence on employee OCB behavior. This means that the better the work-life balance and the better the self-efficacy of employees, the more the performance shown by employees will increase.
