Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi sejauh mana individual career development dan self-efficacy dapat mernberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang bagian sarana & umum. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner sebagai instrumen untuk memperoleh data primer dari respcnden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup seluruh karyawan departemen sarana & umum PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 orang. Pemilihan responden dilakukan dengan metode sampling jenuh, di mana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh, digunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda guna melihat pengaruh dua variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa individual career development maupun self-efficacy memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Artinya, semakin baik individual career development dan semakin baik self-efficacy pada karyawan, maka semakin meningkat pula kepuasan kerja yang ditunjukkan oleh karyawan.
