Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada SMAN 1 Tanjung Raja. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melibatkan seluruh guru SMAN 1 Tanjung Raja sebagai populasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner (angket). Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, dengan total responden sebanyak 52 guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dan variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMAN 1 Tanjung Raja. Kata Kunci: lingkungan kerja fisik, disiplin kerja, kinerja guru
