Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan work-life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Generasi Z di Kota Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah angkatan kerja Generasi Z yang bekerja di Kota Palembang. Sampel sebanyak 100 responden karyawan Generasi Z di Kota Palembang yang bekerja secara full-time dipilih menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dengan penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan work-life balance secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Generasi Z di Kota Palembang.
