Abstract

This final report aims to analyze and evaluate the procurement procedures for goods and services, especially the procurement of Office Stationery (ATK) at the Palembang City Health Office. Procurement of ATK is an important part of administrative operations that must be carried out efficiently, transparently, and accountably in accordance with government regulations, including Presidential Regulation No. 12 of 2021. This research was conducted through direct observation methods during field work practice activities, as well as literature studies and related documentation. The results of the observations show that the ATK procurement procedure at the Health Office has referred to the e-purchasing system through the LKPP e-catalog, starting from the needs planning stage, price surveys, technical justification, to receipt and payment of goods. However, there are several obstacles such as delays in distribution and conformity of goods that require improvements to the monitoring and evaluation system. This report is expected to provide input to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the procurement process in government agencies, as well as be a reference for the implementation of student field work practices.
