Abstract
The aim of the study is to determine whether there is a effect perceived organizational support on work-family conflict in women bank employees. The study hypotesis of this study includes the effect of perceived organizational support on work-family conflict. The participants of this study are 105 women bank employees. Sampling in this study using accidental sampling technique. Work-family conflict scale refers to form of work-family conflict by Greenhaus and Beutell (1985). To measure perceived organizational support using a perceived organizational support scale that refers to aspect of Rhoaded and Eisenberger (2002). Statistical analysis completed by using simple regression method. The result of the effect of perceived organizational support on work-family conflict showed that p-value = 0.000 (p<0.005) and coefficient value also showed negative sign (-), which means there is a significant negative effect and r = 0.316 showed that contribution of perceived organizational support on work-family conflict is 31.6%.
