Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of training, organizational culture, and career development on employee performance at PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. Employee productivity/performance at PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang shows an increase every year, indicating that employee performance has improved. The number of training provided by the Company, career development activities, and the results of Corporate Culture measurements conducted on employees also show an increase in numbers and scores. Regarding this phenomenon that occurred at PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang, the author will conduct further research related to the provision of training, organizational culture, and career development that impact employee performance. The population in this study were all active employees totaling 1,790 employees. The sample used in this study was 143 employees using the Slovin formula. The resulted of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that training, organizational culture, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Training, it is expected that training can be provided to employees where the employee needs to develop skills and abilities that can support their work. Organizational culture, it is expected that the role of leaders who are able to lead team members transparently and fairly can create good relationships between fellow employees. Career development, it is hoped that the level of employee education will be one of the most important things in providing tasks and responsibilities.
