Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of manual archive management quality and work productivity on employee performance in the General and Staffing Subdivision of the Public Works, Highways, and Spatial Planning Agency of South Sumatra Province. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed to 28 employees as respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression via SPSS software. The results indicate that partially, manual archive management quality has no significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.180 >0.05 Similarly, work productivity also does not significantly affect employee performance. with a significance value of 0.808>0.05 However, simultaneously, both variables have a significant influence on employee performance, with an F-value of 4 748 > F-table 3.340 and a significance level of 0.018 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R) of 0.072 indicates that only 7.2% of employee performance is influenced by the studied variables, while the remaining 92.8% is affected by other factors Keywords Work Environment Job Satisfaction, Employce Performance.
