Abstract

Population administration services are a basic necessity that must be provided effectively and efficiently by local governments. This study aims to analyze the performance of the One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) at the Department of Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) of Central Jakarta City. The research uses a qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of PTSP still faces various obstacles, such as limited human resources, lack of staff proficiency in digital systems, insufficient promotion of online services, and complex service procedures. Therefore, it is necessary to improve human resource capacity, optimize service systems, and strengthen the use of information technology to ensure better public service delivery.
