Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pembiayaan mudharabah pada sektor perbankan syariah di empat negara ASEAN, yaitu Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, dan Brunei, selama periode 2010–2023. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi panel dengan pendekatan Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan murabahah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah. Selain itu, pendapatan per kapita terbukti berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah. Sementara itu, tingkat bunga konvensional tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah. Secara keseluruhan, model ini mampu menjelaskan 99,37% variasi dalam pembiayaan mudharabah, menunjukkan kekuatan prediktif yang sangat tinggi. Implikasi kebijakan dari temuan ini antara lain adalah pentingnya pengembangan produk hibrida seperti paket murabahah-mudharabah untuk pembiayaan UMKM, perlunya harmonisasi regulasi berbasis profit-loss sharing di kawasan ASEAN, serta peningkatan edukasi bagi nasabah berpendapatan tinggi mengenai manfaat jangka panjang dari pembiayaan mudharabah.
