Abstract
This research alms to analyze how Indibiz by Telkom Indonesia South Sumatera Region uses digital marketing to build brand awareness. Digital marketing is a communication strategy that uses digital platforms to reach consumers more effectively. This study focuses on how Indibiz uses channels such as social media, content, SEO, and paid ads to improve brand recognition, especially among small and medium businesses (MSMEs) in Palembang. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the Business Service team as the main informants, as well as several supporting informants. The analysis is based on the Integrated Digital Marketing theory, which includes three types of media: owned media, earned media, and paid media. The reuslts show that Indibiz's digital marketing strategy is not yet fully integrated. The content shared is not consistent, SEO is not well optimized, and paid ads have not been very effective in reaching the target audience. Another finding is the lack of digital skills among the marketing team, which becomes a challenge. This study concludes that even though Indibiz has used various digital platforms, the strategy still needs to be improved to build stronger brand awareness.
