Abstract
This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and SWOT analysis in applying the farm-to-table concept at Omah Bingen, Indralaya. Omah Bingen is the only café in the area that adopts the farm-to-table concept, which emphasizes delivering agricultural products directly to consumers' tables while promoting sustainability, the use of local products, and support for local farmers. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis focuses on the nine BMC elements to map the business’s actual condition, as well as a SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in implementing this concept. The findings show that Omah Bingen has a strong value proposition related to sustainability and product quality and is able to build authentic relationships with its customers. However, challenges remain, such as limited seasonal raw materials and increasing competition in the local culinary industry. This study recommends strategies to improve operational efficiency, diversify seasonal menu offerings, and strengthen branding aligned with the principles of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These findings are expected to serve as a reference for developing sustainable business models based on local agribusiness.
