Abstract
As an archipelagic country with two-thirds of its territory consisting of water, Indonesia holds significant potentialin developing its fisheries sector. Floating Net Cages (KJA) are one of the effective aquaculture methods; however, conventional system are static and heavily dependent on the water quality at a specific location. To address this challenge, this study develops a position control system based on a Fuzzy Logic Control (FLC) for coordinating swarm movements between automated KJA and autonomous buoys. The system utilizes GPS data (latitude and longitude) to determine movements towar predefined coordinates and employs FLC to control Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signals for actuator motion. The testing in this research applies the sugeno-type FLC approach using 7,11, abd 15 membership function and compares its performance with the Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) method. The results show that FLC with 15 membership function produces the smallest average error of 0.284 meters, followed by FLC with 11 membership functions with average error of 0.314 meters, FLC with 7 membership function with average error of 0.42 meters dan PID with average error of 0.437 meters. MATLAB-based simulations also showed that the increasing number of membership function improves system stability and positioning accuracy, although it slightly slows the response time. This study shows that FLC is capable of providing precise and adaptive contol of maintaining position.
