Abstract

The development of websites today is inseparable from computer and information technology. From growing companies and government institutions to educational institutions, digital systems are increasingly necessary. However, there are still problems in some schools. This research focuses on designing a web-based fund management application for SD Negeri 5 Ulu Musi, with the aim of simplifying administrative processes and ensuring efficient and transparent school fund management.Currently, fund management in the school is still done manually, which leads to difficulties in recording, reporting, and monitoring fund usage. The application is expected to improve data accuracy, reduce human errors, and facilitate real-time access to financial information for stakeholders.This application is designed with features such as income and expenditure tracking, automated financial report generation, and access control to ensure data security. The use of web technology allows the application to be accessed across various devices with an internet connection, making it easier for school administrators and other stakeholders to monitor and evaluate financial activities.Thus, this application is expected to support more transparent, accountable, and efficient fund management and provide long-term benefits for financial administration at SD Negeri 5 Ulu Musi.
