Abstract
Cutting tool is tool cut in machining process for shape work piece, many kind of cutting tool such as Carbide has high tenacity. Cutting Fluid is oil using for cooling and lubricant both cutting tool and workpiece. Other way using to cleaner, for refme surface of workpiece, and removai. In generally culling fluid are effect rate of surface roughness workpiece. In cutting tluid using Slouble oil with cutting speed 380 rpm, 480 rpm, 600 rpm, obtained value Ra = 5,61, 3,93, and 3,78. In cutting fluid using vegetable oil with cutting speed 380 rpm, 480 rpm, 600 rpm, obtained value Ra= 4,77, 4,54, 3,65, e can see cutting process using vegetable oil as cutting fluid and cutting speed 600 rpm obtained value of Ra is better is 3,65 Key Word : Surface Roughness, Carbide, Soluble Oil, Vegetable Oil, Tuming Process, Coolant, Lubricant
