Abstract
Indonesia is one of the world's largesl fossil fuel consuming countries. The aulhor knows that the fossil energy will be exhausted, For that writer to find energv energy which is renewable energy by doing an eksperimental in Laboratorium Fenomena Dasar Mesin MechanicaI Engineering Uni versi ty of Sriwijaya. In Indonesia wind usually at low speed, turbine type savonius very good to be developed because of low initial torsion. Turbines will be combined with a generator that blows turbine energy, energy into electrical energy.
