Abstract

Optimasi desain casing pada sumur KG P3 di Lapangan Prabumulih, PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan, dilakukan karena konfigurasi awal dengan empat trayek (conductor, surface, production, liner) menimbulkan biaya material tinggi, waktu pemasangan lama, dan kompleksitas operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyusun desain casing yang lebih efisien secara teknis dan ekonomis, serta tetap memenuhi kriteria keselamatan sesuai pedoman API. Metode penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data tekanan formasi (pore pressure) dan gradien retakan (fracture gradient) dari sumur offset dan lapangan, pembuatan grafik PP FG untuk penetapan mud weight optimal, serta penentuan kedalaman setting casing (CSD) berdasarkan jendela operasi antara tekanan pori dan rekah. Selanjutnya, beban burst, collapse, dan tension dihitung menggunakan Metode Maximum Load untuk casing 13⅜″ K 55, 9⅝″ N 80, dan 7″ N 80. Hasil pra optimasi menunjukkan konfigurasi empat trayek dengan kedalaman 0–100 m (20″ conductor), 0–420 m (13⅜″ surface), 0–1 306 m (9⅝″ production), dan 1 236–1 645 m (7″ liner), dengan safety factor minimal 1,10. Setelah optimasi, trayek conductor dieliminasi, menghasilkan tiga trayek: 13⅜″ K 55 (0–420 m), 9⅝″ N 80 (0–1 306 m), dan 7″ N 80 (1 236–1 645 m), masing masing memenuhi SF ≥ 1,15 untuk burst dan collapse, serta SF ≥ 1,25 untuk tension. Desain tiga trayek ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi biaya dan operasional tanpa mengorbankan keamanan, dan direkomendasikan untuk sumur serupa dengan uji lapangan lanjutan sebagai validasi.
