Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Peranan Letnan I Nawawi Manaf Di Bengkulu Pada Masa Revolusi Fisik tahun 1945-1949. Revolusi fisik terjadi dari tahun 1945-1950, yang berawal dari ketidak inginan bangsa asing untuk melepaskan Indonesia, walaupun kemerdekaan Indonesia telah dikumandangkan tetapi bangsa asing tetap ingin menguasai Indonesia kembali. Salah satunya Bengkulu, yang memiliki sumber daya alam yang melimpah, dari tambang emas dan lainnya. Bengkulu juga memiliki pemuda/i yang sangat membela akan kemerdekaan Indonesia di tanah Bengkulu. Salah satunya Nawawi Manaf yang merupakan tokoh pejuang kemerdekaan. Semangat dalam mempertahanan kemerdekaan dan anti penjajah membuat dirinya terus melawan penjajah. Hingga Nawawi Manaf diamahankan memimpin berbagai organisasi kemerdekaan. Adapun permasalahan yang dibahas penulis adalah bagaimana peran letnan I Nawawi Nanaf pada awal kemerdekaan indonesia, dan pada masa agresi militer Belanda I & II di Bengkulu. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah metode Historis, dengan menggunakan lengkah-langkah Hieuristik, Kritik Sumber, Penafsiran, Historiografi dan Pendekatan. Hasil penelitian secara menyeluruh berupa perjuangan Nawawi Manaf pada awal kemerdekaan, beliau melakukan berbagai cara untuk menyakinkan bahwa Indonesia telah merdeka di tanah Bengkulu. Selanjutnya perjuangan Nawawi Manaf dalam perang Agresi Militer Belanda I & II di Bengkulu. Nawawi Manaf memimpin berbagai petempuran dengan jabatan sebagai Komandan Batalyon XXVI. Kata kunci : Revolusi Fisik; Bengkulu; Letnan Satu Nawawi Manaf ABSTRACT This research discusses about The Role of Lieutenant I Nawawi Manaf in Bengkulu of Physical Revolution Period in 1945-1949. Physical revolution occurred in 1945-1950. It begun with the foreign nation's unwillingness to release Indonesia even though Indonesia's independence had been declared.Foreigners still wanted to regain control of Indonesia such as in Bengkulu. Bengkulu had many natural resource such as gold mine, etc. Bengkulu also had adolescents who defended Indonesian independence in the land of Bengkulu, one of them was Nawawi Manaf. He was a freedom fighter figures. The spirit to fight for independence the anti-invaders made him continue to fight the invaders. Furthermore, Nawawi Manaf was mandated to lead some independence organizations. The problems discussed in the writing was how the role of Lieutenant I Nawiwi Manaf in the beginning of Indonesian independence and Dutch military aggression I & II in Bengkulu. The method of this paper used Historic method using steps of Hieuristic, Source Criticism, Interpretation, Historiography and Approach. The result of the research was about the fight of Nawawi Manaf in the beginning of independence. He conducted many ways to ensure that Indonesia had been independent in Bengkulu. Beside, it was about the fight of Nawawi Manar in Dutch military aggression I & II in Bengkulu. Nawawi Manaf led some fighting with the position of Commander of Battalion XXVI.
