Abstract
Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) is one of the technologies that has experienced rapid development and has great potential in this modern era. UAVs are unmanned aircraft or unmanned aircraft (a flying device that functions wilh remote control automatically). Winged aircraft conlinue to use the Bernoulli principle, which is fluid that travel s faster has a lower pressure than the fluid that moves more slowly. In the use of UAVs, there are often unwanted things like falling and slriking foreign objects. This collision is called a collision, the collision is the meeting of two moving solid objects that produce compressive force on the two objects. In this study the author aims to determ ine the value of the results of the analysis and the influence that occurs on the front of the UA V when the collision occurs by hitting the iron plate. The theory of free falling objects is the distance traveled by an object to reach the surface for an interval o f time per second by obtaining the influence of gravitational accelerat ion. Voltage is a measure of the intensity of the force or reaction in which broad unity arises. Voltage is divided into two, namely, technical voltage and real voltage. Strain is defined as a change in the size or shape of a material j'rom the initial length as a result of the tensile or compressive force on the material. Strain is divided into two, namely, strain technique and real strain. Dej'ormation or change in shape occurs when the material is subjected to a force. During the deformation process the material absorbs energy as a result of the force acting, deformation can be divided into two, namely elastic deformation and plaslic deformation. Knowledge of the phenomenon of collisions or collisions in various material s has veiy broad benejits in various engineering. In general, the strength of a collision is a measure of the strength of a material when the material breaks due to a sudden collision. Inside force and loading, the inner force in question is the force that occurs in a construction element. This style as a result of the influence of the outside style that works. Deep forces are classified into two types, namely, normal and tangential styles. Loading is categorized into five types, namely, tensile loading pressure loading banding load, shear loading and torsional loading In this study the authors analyzed using the 2018 aulodesk inventor Software. Autodesk Inventor is a Computer A ided Desig (CA D) program w i t h a solid three-dimensional modeling ability to visual/y form 31) prototype objects. The study begins by determining the title and method of research and then searching for literature data from both the internet / scientific and prinled books. Next is to prepare the tools and material s for equipment in this study, which wi/l then be carried out the design process of the UA V using aulodesk Software. Then the next step is to simulate the design results on aulodesk as a design application and impact analysis. The results of the impact tesi aulodesk wi/l get the specification data, then the next step is the process of collecting data produced can be used to perfect the next research process. In this study wi/l predict the results of collisions on the front of the UAV using Autodesk Inventor 2018. The results of the analysis in this study will determine the collision value of the simulation using Aulodesk Inventor 2018 Software. From the data known the length of the front of the 350 mm UAV with a diameter of200 mm, thickness of 20 mm, and the size of the iron plate with a s ide length of 1000 mm with a thickness of200 mm. The material used on the front of the UAV is ABS plastic and Aluminum 6061 and the material on the iron plate is Steel. The conclusion that can be drawn from the research and discussion about collision analysis on the front of the UAV using the 2018 autodesk inventor Software, i t can be concluded that the ABS plastic material receives a smaller compared t o Aluminum 6061 material with a maximum voltage. Then you can see the biggesl point receiving the collision is at the very front. on : Autodesk Inventor 2018, Analysis Impact, Analysis Stress, Fixed Wing.
