Abstract
Heat exchanger is one o f the main tools for heat transfering from one fluid to another fluid. Most industries which depends on this way of manufacturing always used it. Therefore, heat exchanger have the most important rules in both of production process and operate process. Advanced Research goal from this analyses performance heat exchanger is tofind effectiveness , fouling factors, and pressure drop shell and tube. As a comparison, this analyses depends on the early operational data and actual operational data from heat exchanger. Based on the result from this performance analyses, it is gained prior operational data of effectiveness score is 57%, actual operational effectiveness score is 40%, fouling factors is 0,00029°C . m2/W, pressure drop of shell is 5,71 psi, pressure drop of tube is 57 psi. From the whole Heat Exchanger performance, it is shown that the dimension of Heat Exchanger design has meet the Standard requirement.
