Abstract
Drilling machining process is a process of making the holes using the auger eye. Sculplure worn holes cciuse the surface roughness becomes higher. Cooling Jluid used to clean or carry growled', reducing wear chisel edge, smoolhing the surface machining products, coolant, working on the area of contact between furious with the chisel. The purpose of this lest is to determine the condition of machining the workpiece cutting temperature process results auger. This study was formulated based on a problem is how the measurement of the workpiece by using a thermocouple k different from that done by the auger by giving dromus as coolant This study aimed to analyze the effect of variable machining namely cutting speed, feeding speed and deplh of cut with a cooling liquid to temperature cutting the workpiece on the drill machining process using a Central composite design (CCD). the research is focused on the study of the influence of machining conditions with a cooling liquid to temperature cuts the workpiece low carbon Steel (low carbon Steel) results of the auger. This study parameter s investigated using a variation of the value of the cutting speed, feeding speed and depth of cut. Output parameters as the dependent variable is selected form the parameters of temperature machining the workpiece. Based on the testing that was done, the value of cutting speed, feeding speed and deplh of cut used during the machining process greatly affect the size of the force applied to the workpiece thereby affecting rise in temperature cuts the workpiece results of the auger. Universitas Free cutting, feeding speed and depth of cut effect on the value of the temperature of machining the workpiece is generated, where the greater value i s used i t will further increase the temperature of cut s produced during the machining process on the workpiece. This is due lo the greater value of the variations are used\ then the contact area (workpiece) which is in contact with the eyes chisel will he greater so t hal the temperature generated will he even greater. From the research t ha t has been done, i n the depth of the cut get t ha t greatly affects his low high temperalures generated during the machining process.
