Abstract

Pendahuluan : Tekanan intraokular (TIO) memainkan peran penting dalam diagnosis dan manajemen beberapa penyakit mata, terutama yang terkait dengan peningkatan tekanan intraokular. Tingginya TIO dan Central Corneal Thickness (CCT) merupakan faktor risiko hilangnya penglihatan. Hingga saat ini Goldmann Applanation Tonometry (GAT) masih menjadi gold standard pengukuran TIO dan telah terdapat beberapa instrumen tonometri yang lainnya seperti Non - Contact Tonometry (NCT). Pemeriksaan menggunakan NCT cepat dan mudah dilakukan, tidak memerlukan anestesi ataupun fluorescein, sinar digunakan dalam kombinasi dengan sensor yang menghentikan produksi udara dan mengukur daya yang digunakan pada saat perataan kornea. CCT bukan faktor dominan sebagai faktor peningkatan TIO namun CCT dapat mempengaruhi TIO. Penelitian ini menganalisis akurasi TIO berdasarkan kategori CCT pada pasien. Metode : Penelitian uji diagnostik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional pada 33 sampel yang terdiagnosis di Poliklinik Mata RSUP dr Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. Data diambil dari Oktober 2023 – Juli 2024. Hasil : Uji diagnostik NCT berdasarkan CCT menunjukan, pada kategori CCT sangat tipis - tipis dan normalmemiliki nilai sensitivitas dan spesifisitas 100%, CCT kategori tebal - sangat tebalmemiliki nilai sensitivitas 88,9% dan sensitivitas 100%. Kesimpulan : Pengukuran NCT pada pasien glaukoma memiliki nilai akurasi yang tinggi dalam mengukur TIO berdasarkan kategori CCT.
