Abstract
The research is in the backgroup with an unprecedented implementation of the ADD-on support policy. Research location of Muara Sungai District Cambai City Prabumulih. This thesis aims to determine the implementation of ADD assistance policy in the village estuary district Cambai City Prabumulih. The type of research used is descriptive with qualitative methods. Data collection is done by interview techniques, observations and documentation. The theory used in this research is the Ripley and Franklin theory, where the success of policy implementation is influenced by three aspects, namely one level of compliance which has not been implemented development of village office facilities and infrastructure and development of community reading park and training hall where the community learns, two smooth function routines yet insufficient funds and supporting facilities, three of its performance is supposed to awaken village office facilities and infrastructure and there is a community reading park and training hall where the community learns, and the desired impact of performance is the work of the village device better and for the interest of reading the community and creativity of the community increased. Implementation of the desired research results showed thet the implementation of regulation No 7 years mayor 2015 about the provision of aid allocation of village estuary district Cambai City Prabumulih has not fulfilled the 3 aspects of the Ripley theory and the above described Franklin
