Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self efficacy dengan penyesuaian diri dalam lingkungan organisasi kampus pada mahasiswa Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling Angkatan 2024 Universitas Sriwijaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket skala likert yang disebarkan kepada 90 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa memiliki tingkat self efficacy dalam kategori sedang, yaitu sebanyak 41%, dan tingkat penyesuaian diri juga berada pada kategori sedang, yaitu sebesar 44%. Hasil uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara self efficacy dengan penyesuaian diri, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,312 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,003 (p < 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat self efficacy yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa, maka semakin baik pula kemampuan mereka dalam menyesuaikan diri di lingkungan organisasi kampus. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa self efficacy merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi penyesuaian diri mahasiswa dalam lingkungan organisasi.
