Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap kinerja sosial (CSR) dan (2) Pengaruh size sebagai variabel moderating dalam hubungan profitabilitas terhadap kinerja sosial (CSR) pada BUS di Indonesia. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 12 BUS yang terdaftar di BI periode 2010-2014 dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 7 BUS. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis liniear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan profitabilitas berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja sosial (CSR). Namun, size sebagai variabel moderating dalam hubungan antara profitabilitas dengan kinerja sosial (CSR) tidak berpengaruh signifikan.
