Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh dewan komisaris dan kepemilikan institusional terhadap pengungkapan risiko perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2019-2023. Dengan menggunakan metode probability sampling, jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 13 perusahaan dengan total 65 observasi. Variabel independen adalah dewan komisaris, dan kepemilikan institusional. Sedangkan, variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah pengungkapan risiko perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis data berupa data sekunder. Pengujian penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda dengan alat analisis SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dewan komisaris dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan risiko perusahaan, yang menegaskan pentingnya pengawasan pihak internal dan eksternal dalam perusahaan dan tata kelola perusahaan yang optimal dan tepat, sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan perusahaan dengan optimal.
