Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan Nitrobenzena dengan kapasitas produksi 94.000 ton/tahun direncanakan akan berdiri pada tahun 2031 di Kawasan Industri Cilegon, Kecamatan Purwakarta. Nitrobenzena pada pabrik ini disintesis melalui proses nitrasi dari bahan baku benzena dan asam nitrat dengan katalis asam sulfat melalui reaktor Plug Flow Reactor (PFR) berdasarkan Patent WO 2024/001054 A1. Pabrik ini berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi line and staff yang dipimpin oleh seorang direktur dengan karyawan sebanyak 126 orang. Pabrik Nitrobenzena ini layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi parameter kelayakan ekonomi : Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US$ 57,611.053.29 Total Penjualan Produk = US$ 36,270,518,85 Total Production Cost (TPC) = US$ 197.400.000,00 Annual Cash Flow (ACF) = US$ 31.657.337.15 Pay Out Time (POT) = 2 Tahun Rate of Return on Investment (ROR) = 55% Discounted Cash Flow – ROR = 45% Break Even Point (BEP) = 35% Service Life = 11 Tahun Kata Kunci : Nitrobenzena, Plug Flow Reactor, Perseroan Terbatas
