Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan Vinil Asetat Monomer dengan kapasitas 40.000 ton/tahun berencana didirikan pada tahun 2030 di Kotasari, Purwakarta, Cilegon, Banten dengan luas area pabrik sebesar 3,61 ha. Pabrik beroperasi selama 24 jam/hari dalam 330 hari/tahun. Proses produksi Vinil Asetat Monomer mengacu pada patent No. WO2025028571A1 menggunakan proses oksidasi etilen dengan bahan baku oksigen, asam asetat, dan etilen dalam fasa gas. Reaksi terjadi dalam reaktor multitubular fixed bed reactor dengan temperatur reaksi 160oC dan tekanan 2,25 atm menggunakan katalis Pd-Au/KOAc. Bentuk perusahaan yang dijalankan adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan struktur organisasi line and staff. Perusahaan dipimpin oleh direktur utama dengan total karyawan sebanyak 147 orang. Hasil analisa ekonomi menunjukkan pabrik layak didirikan dengan memenuhi persyaratan ekonomi berikut: a)Total Capital Investment (TCI)= US$ 58.830.546,85 /tahun b)Total Production Cost (TPC) = US$ 146.835.447,20 /tahun c)Total Penjualan per Tahun = US$ 221.147.909,25 /tahun d)Pay Out Time on Investment = 1 Tahun e)Rate of Return = 88,42% f)Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) = 95,64% g)Break Even Point (BEP) = 28,45%
