Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan Vinil Asetat dengan kapasitas 34.000 ton/tahun direncanakan akan dibangun di Kawasan Serang, Banten, Jawa Barat pada tahun 2030, dengan perkiraan luas area pabrik sebesar 5,87 Ha. Pembuatan vinil asetat dilakukan dengan mereaksikan bahan baku gas etilen, oksigen dan asam asetat dalam reaktor Fixed Bed dengan katalis Pd/SiO2. Proses pembuatan Vinil Asetat dalam pra-rancangan mengacu pada Paten No. US 2023/0312453 A1. Pabrik ini berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi Line and Staff yang dipimpin oleh satu direktur utama dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 155 orang. Pabrik Vinil Asetat ini layak dipertimbangkan untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi parameter kelayakan ekonomi berikut: a) Total Capital Investment = US$ 53.422.662,68 b) Selling Price per Year = US$ 149.940.567,93 c) Total Production Cost = US$ 126.751.651,77 d) Annual Cash Flow = US$ 21.767.003,20 e) Pay Out Time = US$ 2,52 tahun f) Rate of Return on Investment = 32,55% g) Discounted Cash Flow-ROR = 39,82% h) Break Event Point = 36,47% i) Service Life = 11 tahun Kata Kunci: Vinil Asetat, Fixed Bed Reactor, Perseroan Terbatas
