Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of work discipline on the productivity of production employees at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII, Cinta Manis District. The research method used is a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents, selected using a sampling technique from a total population of 150 employees. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis to examine the effect of the independent variable (work discipline) on the dependent variable (work productivity). The results show that work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee productivity. This is evidenced by a significance value less than 0.05 and a regression coefficient that indicates a direct relationship. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the higher the level of work discipline possessed by employees, the higher their level of productivity
