Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan 2-Butanol dengan kapasitas produksi 35.000 ton/tahun direncanakan akan berdiri pada tahun 2034 di Jl. Raya Bojonegara, Jombang Wetan, Kecamatan Jombang, Kota Cilegon, Provinsi Banten dengan luas 2 ha. 2-Butanol pada pabrik ini disintesis dari bahan baku 2-Butil Asetat dan Hidrogen dengan katalis Cu/ZnO/Al2O3 dalam Multitubular Fixed Bed Reactor berdasarkan Patent CN115636722A. Reaksi berlangsung pada temperatur 230oC dan tekanan 49 atm. Pabrik ini berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi line and staff yang dipimpin oleh seorang direktur dengan karyawan sebanyak 159 orang. Pabrik 2-Butanol layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi parameter kelayakan ekonomi: ● Biaya Investasi = US$ 40.027.314,67 ● Hasil penjualan per tahun = US$ 95.001.685,65 ● Biaya produksi per tahun = US$ 63.311.434,03 ● Annual Cash Flow = US$ 19.574.154,43 ● Pay Out Time = 2 tahun ● Rate of return on Investment = 48,29% ● Discounted Cash Flow- ROR = 30% ● Break Even Point = 31,17% ● Service Life = 11 tahun Kata Kunci: 2-Butanol, Multitubular Fixed Bed Reactor, Perseroan Terbatas
