Abstract
Pabrik pembuatan kalium sulfat dengan kapasitas produksi 33.000 ton/tahun ini direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2030. Bahan baku dari pembuatan kalium sulfat ini adalah kalium klorida dan amonium sulfat. Proses pembuatan kalium sulfat ini mengacu pada Patent US No. 2023/0286874 A1, dimana proses yang digunakan berupa proses double decomposition single stage, membentuk kalium sulfat sebagai produk utama beserta dengan amonium klroida sebagai produk samping. Jenis reaktor yang digunakan adalah continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR). Bentuk perusahaan yang akan digunakan pada pabrik ini adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi Line dan Staff, dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur dengan total karyawan 120 orang. Pabrik kalium sulfat layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi parameter kelayakan ekonomi: Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US$ 126.609.971,0436 Selling Price per Year = US$ 155.183.455,0902 Total Production Cost (TPC) = US$ 75.506.364,7589 Annual Cash Flow (ACF) = US$ 48.050.579,4306 Pay Out Time (POT) = 2,64 tahun Rate Of Return (ROR) = 40,91% Break Even Point (BEP) = 27,26% Service Life = 11 tahun Kata Kunci: Kalium sulfat, Continuous stirred tank reactor, Perseroan terbatas
