Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan metil etil keton dengan kapasitas produksi 55.000 ton/tahun direncanakan pembangunannya pada tahun 2030 yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Gresik, Jawa timur seluas 2,43 Ha. Operasi pabrik berjalan selama 24 jam/hari dalam 300 hari/tahun. Komoditi metil etil keton yang diproduksi mengacu pada CN Patent No. 2023/115974660 A yang menggunakan proses dehidrogenasi dengan 2-butanol sebagai bahan baku produksi. Proses reaksi berlangsung di reaktor Fixed bed Reactor dengan kondisi operasi yaitu pada temperatur 250℃ dengan tekanan 1,48 atm yang terdapat katalis CuO-ZnO-Al2O3. Bentuk perusahaan yang akan digunakan dalam menjalankan perusahaan yaitu Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan struktur organisasi yang mengacu pada struktur organisasi garis dan staff. Perusahaan dipimpin oleh direktur utama dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 139 orang. Hasil analisa ekonomi pabrik metil etil keton menunjukkan bahwa pabrik layak didirikan karena telah memenuhi persyaratan ekonomi sebagai berikut: Total Capital Investment (TCI) = US $ 22.832.347,44 Total Production Cost (TPC) = US $ 96.294.051,47 Total Penjualan per Tahun = US $ 117.709.104,63 Annual Cash Flow (ACF) = US $ 16.650.905,52 Pay Out Time on Investment = 2 tahun Rate of Return = 65,65% Discounted Cash Flow - ROR = 72,75% Break Even Point = 39,30% Service Life = 11 tahun
