Abstract

This report aims to determine the effect of e-toll usage on the quality of service at the Kramasan toll gate, as well as to provide the effectiveness of obstacles that hinder its implementation. The methods used in this report are direct observation and interviews with related parties to obtain data on the balance top- up transaction process at the Kramasan Toll gate, service speed, and technical obstacles that arise. The results of the report show that the electronic money-based balance top-up system is able to speed up the transaction process and reduce vehicle queues, but there are still several obstacles such as network disruptions and infrastructure limitations that can hinder smooth transactions. The development of technology in the toll payment system has shifted from cash transactions to electronic money-based transactions to improve the efficiency and convenience of Toll road users.
