Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan bahan 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol dengan kapasitas 100.000 ton/tahun direncanakan untuk beroperasi pada tahun 2030 di Warnasari, Kecamatan Citangkil, Kota Cilegon, Provinsi Banten yang diperkirakan memiliki luas area seluas 45,5 ha. Proses pembuatan senyawa ini mengacu kepada paten dengan nomor WO2024140390A1. Bahan baku yang digunakan yaitu Dimethyl Terephthalate (DMT) dan hidrogen. Reaksi terjadi pada dua reaktor dengan jenis trickle bed reactor (165oC, 118,4 atm) dan trickle bed reactor (200oC, 118,4 atm). Pabrik produksi 1,4-Cyclohexanedimethanol ini berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) yang dipimpin oleh direktur. Sistem organisasi perusahaan ini adalah line and staff dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 270 orang. Pabrik ini layak untuk didirikan karena telah memenuhi parameter kelayakan ekonomi: • Total Capital Investment (TCI) • Total Penjualan • Total Production Cost (TPC) • Annual Cash Flow • Pay Out Time • Rate of Retur non Investment (ROR) • Discounted Cash Flow-ROR • Break Even Point (BEP) • Service Life = US$ 1.260.802.267,5775 = US$ 933.902.681,7972 = US$ 494.973.766,9202 = US$ 382.729.327,0118 = 3,34 tahun = 22,63% = 31,94% = 33,46% = 11 tahun Kata kunci : 1,4-Cyclohexanedimethanol, Trickle Bed Reactor, Perseroan Terbatas
