Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong perubahan signifikan dalam pengelolaan arsip di lingkungan pemerintahan. Laporan ini membahas implementasi sistem pengarsipan digital menggunakan aplikasi SRIKANDI di Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. SRIKANDI, sebagai bagian dari transformasi digital nasional, hadir untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan keamanan dalam pengelolaan arsip dinamis. Pengamatan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana aplikasi SRIKANDI diimplementasikan, mengevaluasi efektivitasnya, serta mengidentifikasi hambatan yang dihadapi, baik dari segi teknis, secara keseluruhan hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi pengarsipan berbasis digital menggunakan aplikasi SRIKANDI pada lingkungan sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Selatan masih terdapat tantangan dalam hal pelatihan pengguna dan keterbatasan teknis.
