Abstract

The average annual load factor exceeding 70% for corridors 1, 3, 6, and 8 from 2023 to 2025 indicates a high public demand for integrated public transportation with the LRT. Route extensions were implemented in corridor 1 (3 km), corridor 3 (465 meters), and corridor 6 (1.03 km). This study aims to analyze user service quality of the Musi Emas feeder based on operational performance compared to the applicable minimum service standards (SPM) after the addition of new corridors in 2025. The analysis is based on service quality dimensions using the Zone of Tolerance (ZOT)–Kano method as a reference for improving the quality of Musi Emas feeder services. The ZOT method is used to evaluate the minimum service levels expected by passengers, while the Kano method helps prioritize service improvements based on user satisfaction. The study involved 400 respondents who are users of the Musi Emas LRT feeder on corridors 1, 3, 6, and 8. The results indicate a need for improvement in the attributes of passenger waiting time at bus stops (R2) and availability of bus stop signs in good condition (T6). Kano analysis categorized these attributes as Must-Be (M) and Attractive (A), respectively. The integrated ZOT-Kano analysis identified that although R2 and T6 fall into categories M and A, they have negative gap scores of -0.420 and -0.390 and the lowest ZOT scores of 0.3612 and 0.3633, indicating an urgent need for service improvement.
