Abstract

The purpose of this study is to :1) Analyzed the determinantsof farmers decisions to join partnership MHR PT.Musi Hutan Persada in Suban Jeriji Village Muara Enim. 2) Measure MHR Income of farmers who join MHR partnership in Suban Jeriji Village Muara Enim 3) Analyzed the Household Income of farmers who join MHR partnership to able fullfilled the minimum basic needs of their family in Suban Jeriji Village Muara Enim. This Reasearch was conducted in Suban Jeriji Village Rambang Dangku Subdistrict Muara Enim South Sumatera. Determination of this location is done intentionally with reasearch method used is the binnary logistic to anylized factors of farmers decisions dan Paired T-test to anylized program income impact to fulfillment farmers families minimum basic needs. Data Collected was carried out in November 2018. Sampling Method used is the Disproportional stratified random sampling. Data was analyzed by tabulation mathemathical and statistical calculations. The reasearch Result that 1) Determinants of farmers decisions to join MHR partnership is Farmers total Houshold income, Total Land of farmers, and farmers Expenditures.2) in this study, MHR income are divided according to the agreement which approved by both side, 60 % for company and 40% for farmers, revenue of the company are Rp. 82.010.782 per land of farm or Rp. 15.512.367 per hectare in every cultivating season. Reveniue of farmers are Rp. 54.673.855 per land of farm or Rp. 10.341.578 per hectare.3) Average of farmers Minimum Basic needs compared with MHR income can’t fulfilled the families basic needs because theres a negative differences, but if average of farmers minimum basic needs farmers compared with farmers total income could be fulfilled the families basic needsbecause theres a positive differences between farmers minimum basic needs and farmers total incom.
