Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to create a data collection application ekstrakullikuler participants at SMA Negeri 18 Palembang. The authors found that the SMA 18 Palembang have problems in data collection extracurricular participants are less than the maximum resulting in inefficiency in data management extracurricular SMA 18 Palembang. Data were collected through interviews, observation and literature. The system was developed based on the theory Waterfall development which includes system analysis, system requirements specification, system design, system development, system testing, implementation and maintenance of the system. So we get a data collection application ekstrakullikuler participants at SMA Negeri 18 Palembang concerning the collection of data processing extracurricular SMA 18 Palembang. This application can be used for data input, process, and report generation.
