Abstract
This study aims to influence product quality, brand image on customer satisfaction on-line transportation services. This study is a comparative causal study. This type of research is research with the characteristics of the problem in the form of a causal relationship between two or more variables. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire distributed to 96 Go-ride service users. The results of this study indicate service quality and brand image have an influence on Go-Ride customer satisfaction. Service quality has the most dominant influence on Go-Ride customer satisfaction. For Gojek to be able to always improve the quality, innovation so that service products are provided while maintaining and becoming the main choice of customers amid increasingly fierce competition
