Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan Go Public yang terdaftar di indeks LQ45. Penelitian ini menggunakan rasio keuangan yaitu rasio profitabilitas sebagai variabel independen dan variabel dependen diwakili oleh pertumbuhan laba. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Go Public yang terdaftar di indeks LQ45 tahun 2015-2017. Sample ditentukan berdasarkan purposive sampling. Setelah dilakukan penyaringan sesuai kriteria didapatkan 31 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Return On Asset (ROA) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba, Net Profit Margin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba.
