Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen kedai kopi baik palembang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu non probability sampling dengan cara purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik survei dengan cara wawancara. Alat yang di gunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil pengujian regresi berganda menunjukan bahwa semua variabel independen (kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan) berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel dependen (kepuasan konsumen). Pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen kedai kopi baik Palembang adalah variabel kualitas produk.
