Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality on outpatient satisfaction at RSIA Az-zahra Palembang. The population and at the same time the sample in this study were 100 outpatients at RSIA Az-zahra Palembang. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires throughout outpatients at RSIA Az-zahra Palembang. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the quality of care affects the satisfaction of outpatients at RSIA Az-zahra Palembang.
