Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untukmengetahui pengaruh latihansingle leg hopsterhadappeningkatan kemampuan tendangan jauh pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 1 Muara Enim, Metode peneitian adalah eksperimen teknik random sampling dengan cara ordinal pairing yaitu membagi kelompok menjadi 2 yaitu kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra SMA Negeri 1 Muara Enim yang mengikuti kegiatan esktrakurikuler sepak bola, dengan sampel yaitu 60 orang, menggunakan ordinal pairig yaitu 30 siswa. Pretest kelompok eksperimen rata-rata = 32,89 modus = 32,07 standar deviasi = 2,1 dan kemiringan kurva = 0,39, dan kelompok kontrol rata-rata = 32,85 modus = 31,96 standar deviasi = 2,01 dan kemiringan kurva = 0,44, setelah diberi perlakuan. Hasil posttest KE, rata-rata = 34,89 modus = 35,2 standar deviasi = 2,15 dan kemiringan kurva = -0,14 dan KK, rata-rata = 32,63 modus = 32,05 standar deviasi = 2,10 dan kemiringan kurva = 0,27. Berdasarkan analisis data dan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh positif, setelah selama 6 minggu dengan frekuensi 3 kali seminggu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan tendangan jauh permainan sepak bola. Statistik uji t, dengantaraf signifikasi 0,05 didapatkan Thitung11,26 sedangkan Ttabel2,048, maka Thitung>Ttabel Kata kunci : single leg hops, tendangan jauh, permainan sepak bola.
