Abstract
It had been researched about the degradations of waste oil by using the synergy of bacterial consortium with lamtoro gung (Leucaena leuchepala) method in field scale. Contaminated soil by petroleum the concentration condition sludge were set up 7.5%. Bioremediation process had been done in 12 weeks and it were treated by adding fresh soil, bulking agent, and nutrition with ratio N/P/K was 10 : 1 : 0,1. Sampling of contaminated soil by petroleum and than analyzed by gas chromatography were done every 2 weeks. The results showed that the waste oil were composed of hydrocarbon compounds with began carbon chain C15-C17, C18-C21 and chain hydrocarbon more than C22 with individual abundances 14.65%; 58.87% and 26.47%. At the end of the bioremediation content of the residues are hydrocarbon residues generate 45.88% in chain C18-C21 and 54.12% in chain hydrocarbon more than C22. This researched may provide information the changed compounds of waste oil in bioremediation process at the field scale.
