Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Make A Match terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi sistem imun kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Experimental dengan desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling sehingga terpilih kelas XI MIA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI MIA 1 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen untuk hasil belajar berupa soal tespilihan ganda sebanyak 20 soal dan instrumen motivasi belajar angket berskala likert sebanyak 30 item. Kedua instrumen dilakukan uji validitas dan dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Data hasil belajar dan motivasi belajar diuji dengan t-test melalui sofware SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran make a match berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar (sig. 0,008) dan motivasi belajar (sig. 0,043). Rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi (72,33) dari pada kelas kontrol (66,72). Nilai rata-rata motivasi belajar kelas eksperimen sebesar 74,22 sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 71,29. Nilai koefisien korelasi motivasi dan hasil belajar sebesar 0,390dengan kategori rendah.
