Abstract

data storage in the form of records and bookkeeping resulted in accumulation of data so difficult to find data when needed and frequent errors in data entry clerk.The purpose of this thesis is to make a employee data processing application for data PT.Yudhistira Ghalia Indonesia South Sumatra Province. The author found that the PT.Yudhistira Ghalia Indonesia South Sumatra Province have problems inputting section, employee, office and payroll data are less than the maximum resulting in inefficiency in the management of data in the Office PT.Yudhistira Ghalia Indonesia. Data were collected through interviews, observation and literature review. The system was developed based on Waterfall development methodology which includes system analysis, system requirements specification, system design, system development, system testing, implementation and maintenance of the system. Author found that PT.Yudhistira Ghalia Indonesia have problems in entrying section,employee,office and payroll data. The data management process is found to be ineffiaent. The result of requirement analysis suggested that the company needs payroll application processing that takes account an employee section, office and daily presence.
